Wednesday
Hi all,
How DPR is integrated with other SN processes?
Specifically,
- Change management:
A new CR has to be created before deployment, but which is the purpose?
To have specific approvals (e.g. CAB), define the release schedule in prod and the risk?
- Test management:
In the testing phase a new task can be assigned to a specific user that can create new tests, test plans, suites and so on, but there's no direct integration with Test management?
- Agile development
- SPM in general
Many thanks

Change management: That's right.
Test management: There's no integration.
Agile development: See the video under February 2025 point 4:
What's New in Digital Product Release - ServiceNow Community
SPM: No direct integration. EAP goes through Agile 2.0.
Integration between EAP and Agile Development 2.0
You can also have a look at Collaborative Work Management (CWM) to keep DPR
light and release focused. DPR should remain high level and is there to allow consistent overviews of where you are with your releases by bundling the information of your other tools.
