Digital Product Release Workspace, Start Release is not working correctly

I am working through an initial implementation of DPRW using demo data and have configured a release based on a stage based release template. When attempting to 'Start Release' the confirmation modal appears, but no functional change takes place on the release record. I am looking for suggestions on what may be required from a configuration standpoint to allow the release to 'Start'. Thank you for your assistance.

I’m not 100% sure, but you can check the progress on the DPR dashboard and review the task status. After about a day, as time passes, you might start seeing the changes.
