@Nilesh Pol , thanks for reply, I have seen that we can create Change from DPM workspace. How to attach the Sprint that is created in CWM to Release in DPM. How to create end-to-end Path: Sprint->Release->Change
@arramrajusr You may need to add this field to your "Work Item" form view if it isn't visible by default on Collaborative Work Management (CWM) in your workspace. You can achieve the requirement by adding a field "Release" on Work Item form (verify whether that already available or not).
