Relationship between DPR and DPM?

I'm new to DPR and DPM and am trying to understand, is there a relationship between the two if I was implementing both of these.

Technically, DPR and DOM are two different modules and products, but they work hand in hand. In this video, you will get a better understanding of how they function together.
