Release doesn't show product in list to product owner

In Zurich version, DPR workspace, under Releases -> New release, after filling release name on clicking I see product list is empty and since product is mandatory I am unable to create a release. 

Please help me to find the issue

Hi @Rekha10,

Yes, a Product is mandatory to create a release. Please ensure that the necessary Products or Services are already created on the Products and Services page.

Also, make sure you're using a valid persona such as DPR Release Admin or DPR Product Manager when creating the release.

If the above steps don’t resolve the issue, I recommend raising a CaseTask so we can investigate further. If possible, please attach relevant screenshots to help us understand the problem better.

Thanks for prompt response, I had tried creating release as Product manager (with appropriate roles), but strange thing is when I create Release with "Create Release", there is not products in product list while when I select "Quick release" tab next to Create Release I can see the products choices.

Thanks for bringing this up. In the Create Release flow, please begin typing your product name — the list will only appear once you start entering text.
