Hi @RC19
A release template is essentially a predefined format that a release team uses for planning a release. It outlines the tasks and activities that need to be completed as part of the release process.
These tasks are created to assign work to different teams throughout the release lifecycle. Creating and managing these task items is the responsibility of the Release Manager, with assignments typically done based on the nature of each task.

Hi @RC19 ,
The tasks in the Release template refer to the sn_dpr_model_release_task table, which extends the Task table. There are two types of tasks: approval and non‑approval.
These tasks are linked to the corresponding phases within the release template.
Whenever tasks are created in the template, and a release is generated from that template, these tasks will appear under the Tasks tab on the release execution page. These release tasks are primarily used to complete the required actions for each phase, based on approval or non‑approval.

@RC19 ,
In the digital product release process, enhancements are tied to the product, so a product can have multiple enhancements.
We need to associate the corresponding enhancements with each release. After navigating to the Release Execution page → Tasks tab, you will find an option to move the tasks to Complete.
