Hi all,
I would like to add two fields on the knowledge form "Service" and "Service offering" that is referencing the cmdb_ci_service and the service_offering. When a knowledge is related to either the service or service offering, I would like it to display in the right side of DPM for the related service or service offering opened in DPM:
I know that if i put in the service or service offering in the cmdb_ci reference field on the kb_knowledge they would show up here, but would like to utilize the two custom fields instead.
Any idea on how to do this?
