Business application portfolio "needs attention" section

Hello,

 

I have a business application portfolio under enterprise portfolio. I have logged incidents and changes against the business app CI. I have waited 24hrs+ for the changes and incidents to appear in DPM workspace. However, the score cards are still "0" and no data is appearing under the "needs attention" section. The KPI Mapping was completed. I'm not sure why nothing is appearing in the workspace. 

 

Has anyone experience this issue?

Hi @Khill 

You can run a scheduled job that refreshes the cards on DPM home page (Needs Attention) "DPM: Refresh Attribute Scores" and it can be configured at https://yourinstance.com/sysauto_script.do?sys_id=8c732465b792311016792a16de11a909

I figured out I wasn't targeting the correct CI. Due to conditions on the Configuration field.
