I have an assignment that I need to create using FLOW DESIGNER:
Receive an email that is received after clicking on the link (reopen) that we created in the notification (we created a click here button that opens a response email as soon as you click the button).
The requirement - upon receipt of the email, the status of the request will change from closed complete to open and copy the text inside the body of the email to Additional comments of the request.
