EAM Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Implementation Bootcamp On Demand : Lab Instance w/o EAM

I am taking the EAM Implementation Bootcamp, and the lab instance is not preloaded with EAM, and the Lab guide documents steps to request the plugin from the store, but I keep getting kicked out for not having store credentials. 

I have never encountered this in a lab, does anyone have any insights? EAM is not available on PDIs, so this learning course is useless without the lab instance.

I have requested a new lab instance in hopes of a fix, in which case I will updated this post, but as of now no workaround has been found.
