I am working on a use case for Resale Order Request from the Service Catalog.
The case is being done through the Enterprise Asset Workspace, and the flow on Workflow Studio is "Enterprise Asset Resale Flow".
When completing the final task, Resale Documentation, I've done all the required steps to complete the task: Add resale value of assets resold - Download document - Import document for Related list - Update certificate of resale attribute to YES.
However, when trying to close the task, I get the error regarding a resale report/certificate of data destruction:
"To complete the task, please add resale report/certificate of data destruction as an attachment and update Certificate of resale attribute value to Yes."
In the documentation, it's not stated what to do in this task specifically.
Can someone help me understand the root cause?
