Form view on Platform analytics dashboard

Hi Guys, 

I want to add the RITM form view widget on platform analytics dashboard but is not able to add the widget or find the visualization type for this particular widget .. 

Anything would help

What's your use case? It doesn't really sound like a great requirement to have a form showing up on a dashboard.

i have platform analytics dashboard with ritm tab 

where there are multiple widgets present which i need to enhance 

here request is to add one more widget where we can see the RITM page / form view ..

i can only echo what @Mark Manders have stated. Doesn’t sound like a great user story… what is the business value in this?
