How to configure the fields(read only) for Vendor Management Workspace in UI Builder

Could anyone suggest me how to configure the Vendor Management Workspace in UI Builder. In Third party Engagement module, need to set some fields as read only as per the requirement.In Xanadu patch 7b or 9.Let me know how does it works in Workspace UI.
