POS devices seem to go end of life based on their OS version. Currently models are generically pulled into ServiceNow via a separate integration for these devices. Because the models are at the higher level there isn't a way for me to tie the devices to the more detailed models and as such apply the correct EOL dates to the models. Is there a work around that can be suggested so I can highlight the devices that are EOL by model with particular OS version?
