My requirement is provided below:
if the user present in sys_user table is removed from the particular group in which it was into and There is a field called "Default Group" in sys_user table present in which If the same group is present as value into it from which the particular user is removed then automatically Default group (u_default_value) shall get empty value in ServiceNow.How we can achieve this ?
I tried to achieve through Before Business rule but how we get to know that the particular user is removed from particular group . Please help in this .How we can achieve this requirement .
