I’m new to the ServiceNow platform and currently part of a team responsible for supporting, installing, maintaining, and managing OT assets—both hardware and software—used in traffic systems. Our scope covers both backend infrastructure and field components such as roadside equipment. We’re looking for a solution that allows us to effectively budget, track, and manage the entire lifecycle of each asset.
Could you please confirm if there’s a demo version available that can be installed on a laptop?
Additionally, any step-by-step guidance or recommendations regarding the most suitable ServiceNow products for our needs would be greatly appreciated.
