Servicenow assistance : raise query(case) through service now university help center

Recently, while scrolling through the community, I came across a question where a user was facing an issue related to ServiceNow certifications. Initially, the user had created their ServiceNow account using their company email address and completed the CSA and CAD exams with that email. Later, after changing companies, their old company email was disabled, and they needed to appear for the delta exam to maintain their certifications. The user wanted to know how to transfer their certifications to a new email address. At that time, I was also unsure about the correct process, so I asked a colleague for guidance. They suggested visiting ServiceNow University → Help Center and using the “My cases" option in the top-right corner to raise a new case with ServiceNow support for assistance.

I didnt use this before but i think this may help to get servicenow help .

The answer to your question is right there on your screenshots. It's the most asked question on the University so they pinned it to the homepage. No need to create a case, just follow the steps provided.

Hello @Mark Manders ,

Thanks for responding, but i want to know which steps must followed in that situation ?

Did you click on it? Did you read the KA that is behind the 'Manage the email used to log in' button? What isn't clear about that process?
