I am having difficulty in Validating the Lists and Filters task. Although I followed the steps correctly, the validation is still failing.

Have you been able to resolve this?
I've completed this task in the Zurich version of Welcome to ServiceNow to confirm that it does work as expected if all steps are followed correctly.
From your screenshot, you seem to have a lot more results than I did (see screenshot below)
I recorded my screen while completing the task - the quality isn't great as I had to convert it to a GIF so that I could attach it, but hopefully it helps?
