Hi @WemiO,
if the validation failed, then I'm worried that you didn't do the steps correctly 😉 you didn't even say what lab it is - SNPI or any other? When you are asking for help you must provide more details, this is not enough to help you....
Buuut please share what step was not validated and share the message, it will be the starting point to identify what's wrong and then we can search for solution to it.
Ensure that you used proper user (usually it's Platform User but can be different).

@WemiO ,
It often means your list filter or sort criteria don’t exactly match what the simulator expects (for example missing active = true in the filter or not sorting by Priority correctly)......double check that your list is filtered to only active records and sorted per instructions...
