Employee Center Academy.png

 

Employee Center Academy is a series of sessions where the ServiceNow product team teaches how to do various Employee Center configurations, live, on an actual ServiceNow instance. We will have product experts on hand to demonstrate concepts, provide guidance, and answer your questions in a live setting.

 

Employee Center Academy sessions are scheduled tentatively for every third Wednesday of the month at 9:00 AM PT. You need to register one time for the Employee Center Academy series to receive automatic notifications for the upcoming sessions.

Join this session to learn how to publish and spotlight company events such as town halls and webinars, right from the Employee Center Pro portal using the new 'Company Event' functionality. We’ll walk you through the end-to-end publishing experience in a live demo, introduce the new calendar view for events, and show how the AI agent can surface event summaries and enable registrations—all through a conversational experience.   • October 15, 2025 - Portal Performance Deep Dive

  • November 19, 2025 - Enhanced Requests Experience

Join this session to explore the enhanced Requests page experience which is designed for greater configurability, scalability, and control. We’ll walk through key updates including requester-type grouping, advanced filters, keyword search, and configurable request cards. You’ll also see how admins can manage tab visibility and bring in data from other tables to create a tailored, user-centric view. HI All, I was personalizing employee center with different topics and sub categories and i deleted a lot of data without realizing that i will not be able to retrieve once deleted. could you please guide me on this - as to how i can get back the demo data please or is there a link to download the employee center demo data

Looking to get a sample general and targeted communication mocked up in my pdi and would like to know if there is a series or session(s) I could watch that covers setting up and using Content Experiences in Employee Center Pro? I see the linked entry from December, 2021 ( Quebec / Rome ) and was hoping for something maybe a little more recent ( Tokyo / Utah ).

Also, content experiences is now called Employee Communications, so it depends what kind of communication you are looking to explore for your portal - news articles, dynamic topic pages, events, banners, campaigns etc. Depending on each of these sub-topics, we have detailed academy sessions that you could revisit - most of it is up to date content.

@Pooja Gupta1  I see several recorded past sessions for ServiceNow integration with Microsoft Teams.  I know ServiceNow has zoom integrations as well.  Is there a recorded past session that walks through the Zoom integration experience?
