Integrated Experience and Service Feedback is an Employee Center Pro capability launched with February 2024 release that allows organizations to capture continuous in-the-moment feedback at critical touch points across portal experience and service workflows. This feature helps experience owners and service owners to continuously improve their employee experience by enabling them to capture feedback at critical touch points, such as portal pages, mobile screens, service workflows, and email notifications.
With the May 2024 release, we iteratively enhanced this capability to integrate it with ServiceNow’s existing survey capability and incorporate more granular configurations options such as trigger points.
