Contest Overview
This contest is open for ALL customers to show off their excellence and ingenuity in portal design and execution. Many leading customers deployed AMAZING employee portals that encompass human-centric design thinking, creative adoption strategies, and continuous improvement processes. We at ServiceNow want to recognize these customers' successes and document their approaches in our annual contest report, so other customers may learn how to deliver exceptional employee experiences for themselves.
Submissions open on December 6th, 2023, and will be accepted through February 29th, 2024.

There are many prizes and awards up for grabs. Review them below:
Grand Prize Winner
The Grand Prize-Winning Team will receive a $3,000 cash prize plus a team trophy. This team and their portal will also be recognized on stage during ServiceNow's Knowledge 2024 event during a keynote session between May 7 - May 9, 2024 in Las Vegas, NV. (You do not have to attend K24 to win.)
Top 3 Finalist Team Winners
The Top Three (3) Finalist teams will receive ServiceNow branded hooded sweatshirts.
Top 10 Finalist Team Winners
All Top Ten (10) Finalist teams will receive ServiceNow branded t-shirts and be recognized in ServiceNow's annual report on the Best Employee Portals.
