Contest Overview

This contest is open for ALL customers to show off their excellence and ingenuity in portal design and execution.  Many leading customers deployed AMAZING employee portals that encompass human-centric design thinking, creative adoption strategies, and continuous improvement processes.  We at ServiceNow want to recognize these customers' successes and document their approaches in our annual contest report, so other customers may learn how to deliver exceptional employee experiences for themselves. 

Submissions open on December 6th, 2023, and will be accepted through February 29th, 2024.

Prizes & Awards !!!

There are many prizes and awards up for grabs. Review them below:

Grand Prize Winner

The Grand Prize-Winning Team will receive a $3,000 cash prize plus a team trophy.  This team and their portal will also be recognized on stage during ServiceNow's Knowledge 2024 event during a keynote session between May 7 - May 9, 2024 in Las Vegas, NV.  (You do not have to attend K24 to win.)

Top 3 Finalist Team Winners

The Top Three (3) Finalist teams will receive ServiceNow branded hooded sweatshirts.

Top 10 Finalist Team Winners

All Top Ten (10) Finalist teams will receive ServiceNow branded t-shirts and be recognized in ServiceNow's annual report on the Best Employee Portals.

We've received a few submissions already since we opened up the form last Wednesday.  It's inspiring to see so many customers who are passionate about their employees' experiences.  I am very impressed with the entries we've received.  Keep them coming!

I am unable to open the portal.

Are nominations closed for it?

Submissions will be accepted through February 29th, 2024.  The main website for the contest is https://your.servicenow.com/bep2024.  On that website you will see a button labeled, "Enter the contest" as well as a tile labeled "Registration form."  Both of those navigate you to the registration form.  I tried it this morning and both are working normally.

@erichemmer This is a fantastic idea from ServiceNow. A lot of investment and time goes into the front end that never really gets the spotlight as much as the backend. ServiceNow teams across a majority of companies put a lot of creativity, time, and innovation into designing front ends to serve their customers better, faster, and more effectively. This is a great aspect to be recognized. Love the contest and kudos to you and ServiceNow for promoting, recognizing, and encouraging one of the most used aspects of the ServiceNow Platform - the Employee Portal. Look forward to all the innovative entries coming through.

Great idea. I've reached out to a number of our clients and encouraged them to submit their employee center portals. Really excited to see all the great submissions!
