4 level menu add additional category

Hi!

Im testing PDI the new 4 level menu, but somehow cannot add additional category next to Technology services. 

I have went to Taxonomy, cloned the employee taxonomy. Then added new topic which is parent and have child items under it with catalog items. But still that new category is not showing up.

Then I tried same without cloning and still new category is not showing up. Now im thinking im doing something wrong.

Can someone please write the steps i can reproduce to add additional category in mega menu?

Hi @Jube ,

 

if you added the any category then its not visible . please clear cache and re-login to instance it will work.

 

under the taxonomy > employee you need to add the child topics

hi!

I tried to add again. create random topic( Access rights) and add content item and under topic with an active item.

Cleared cache and logged out, still not visible.

Anyone knows how to do that? I have google and tried a lot of ways how to get this working but still cannot make 4 level visible. I checked thread https://www.servicenow.com/community/employee-center-forum/ec-pro-mega-menu-how-to-view-fourth-level... 

here also are no answers.
