Ability to allow user to "Manage" and "reorganize" widgets on Employee Center Pro

Has anyone provided the ability to their users to "manage" the widgets on Employee Center Pro and re-organize in a position that the like best. For instance, moving recommended content below Quick Links?

Is this possible?

Take a look at this on the ServiceNow Store - Innovation Lab. I have implemented it and it works well and allows users to add/remove widgets on Employee Center and rearrange as desired. You can easily control what they can change and what they cannot.

Hi, Bethany!
How are you?

If this business decision is really necessary, and after try this feature out of the box (OOTB), i recommend trying a structure that I created in one of my projects. I also highly recommend checking performance and licensing while creating this.

I created a single component where all homepage components are embedded in itself. I also created a table structure where user preferences related to the homepage can be saved, such as:

  • Which component should appear
  • Which order (at the column level) should be placed
