Add attachment upload image and text customization

I'm not able to understand from where we can change the fa-fa image of the attachment picker for the upload. Also, I'm having issues in changing the text that comes after "Choose a file". If anyone has any idea about how we can customize the image and text, please let me know.

Thank you for your reply!

But the thing is that I want to configure the upload image and text for the <sp-attachment-picker>. Don't want to implement a new attachment or add attachment option inside the Service Catalog or Record Producer. The image and text that I want to configure is marked in the below attached image. If you guys have any idea or know someone who can help me with this customization, do let me know. It will be really helpful.
