Hello All,
I created a custom genius result for web applications (sn_ex_sp_pro_web_application). It is a clone of the OOB Catalog Item record except it points to the web applications table and the query is "active=true".
I connected it to the search profile being used and I am still not getting the result in the Genius / Suggested Search not showing at the top of the search.
When I check the AI Search Preview it says the the Web Applications genius result was generated, but not displaying.
