Change "Add attachments" text on record producers within the portal view

Hey guys! I was curious if anyone knew how to change the text on the attachments button from the portal view. We have some customers here that are wanting that to read differently. I've seen a few different posts regarding how to change the attachments window, but that's not what I'm wanting.

Purely wanting to change the "Add attachments" text to example... "Add attachments for Help Desk" or whatever record producer they are on.

My other question on this is, if I change the text for this on the portal, will this change the text for it on all record producers?

Hi @Jorogumo4

If you wish, you can also create a set of variables which will have a document attachment template.
This way, you can only add it to record producers that need this pattern.

then in record producers you add the variable set to the attachments.
Remembering that it will be necessary to disable the default attachments option of the record producer

Hello,

The record producer if you have not changed the settings in OOB is on the widget ''SC Catalog Item'.

So you would need to clone that widget and change the text in that widget in the HTML to whatever you would like to display

Ahhhh I saw this and had a feeling it may be what I was looking for but wasn't quite sure yet so was still researching today. I'm going to give this a try thank you! I'll mark correct if this gets done what I need.

So lets assuming  this is the way to do it, because I have a similar requirement. How do you get it to display on the create incident within the service portal
