I'm encountering an issue with AI Search on our ServiceNow portal. When I search for "think cell" (with a space), the relevant results are returned as expected. However, if I enter "thinkcell" (without a space), no results are found.
Our goal is to enhance the search functionality so that users can retrieve relevant content even when they input terms without spaces. For instance, entering "thinkcell" should return the same results as "think cell".
Has anyone faced a similar challenge or found a way to configure AI Search to support such variations? Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
