Hello everyone,
I'm reaching out to you because I'm having a small issue with cloning an OOTB widget.
I just cloned the "Requested Items" widget, but when I replace the original widget on the page with the new one (untouched), it doesn't behave the same way.
The RITMs are no longer clickable — I can still see the flow, but I can’t open them anymore.
When I console.log the item returned by the server, I see that it no longer includes a URL.
Could I have missed something?

Hello @LaurentW ,
Did you select a page in the Instance Options of this widget? This option is empty by default so if you don't select, for example, the "ticket" page then the links won't be clickable.

The clone is a perfect copy of the ootb widget, 100% untouched.
