Approvals doesn't show up on "My Tasks" in Employee Center Portal

Hi everyone!

 

We have an issue where all of our users within instance does not see the approvals under "My Tasks" in Employee Center.

 

Can someone help me how to fix this?

@rmaroti Please refer to this documentation https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/yokohama-employee-service-management/page/product/employee-ce... to know the steps to configure the task filters.

I could see in my instance and it's OOTB

Check if someone updated the conditions on this record

1. Navigate Employee Center --> Administration --> To-dos Configurations

2. Open Approvals Records (highlighted one in image below).

Right Click on Form header -> Show File Properties -> Check versions

Also check this link, check if user has correct approver role "sn_request_approver_read"
