Approvals doesn't show up on "My Tasks" in Employee Center

Hi everyone!

 

We have an issue where all of our users with ITIL roles does not see the approvals under "My Tasks" in Employee Center.

 

Can someone help me how to fix this?

Hi @Irene M ,

 

Could you please check once the filter conditions defined in To-dos Configurations of Open tab. Please refer screenshot/steps below for Navigation.

1. Navigate Employee Center --> Administration --> To-dos Configurations

2. Open Approvals Records (highlighted one in image below).

I am having this same issue for itil role users not seeing Approvals under My Tasks.  When I added business_stakeholder role to the user/group  then they COULD see approvals under My Tasks

 

So my question is ... is this Role Based change for Employee Center My Tasks / Approvals visibility on Portal?

Hello All,

 

With the lines of code mentioned in the above replies i see the approval record is visible to end user too. This is incorrect to our knowledge.

Will it not have licensing issue??

We are facing similar issue too
