Approve and Reject buttons are not appearing on the My Tasks in the ESC

My Tasks is displaying approvals for Knowledge articles, but the Approve and Reject buttons are not visible. However, users with the admin role can see the buttons. I tried assigning the Approver_user role, but it didn't resolve the issue. In the native UI under 'My Approvals,' users are able to see and approve the articles without any problems.

Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you!

Do you use the impersonate feature to check the behavior of multiple accounts in one browser?
If so, check using another browser or guest mode if you're using chrome.

Can you please check the widget and see if it is customized? Check if any additional condition added at the script level.

Hello, If recently had this issue when playing around with the snc_read_only role. If a user has this role, they are not able to approve something, and the buttons do not appear. You can check if this is the case for your users?
