Attachments on Catalog item displaying Sys ID and not the name of the attachment

Is there a setting on the Attachment variable that I can adjust so that the file names are visible in the attachment field?

@tahnalos Even if the attachment entries are not saved they the widget should still show the file name. Are you using any custom widget to capture the attachements?

No.  This is the standard attachment variable that we are using in the Service Catalog.
