Hi All,

We have a field on catalog form which refers the 'Service' (cmdb_ci_service) table.

When an end user with non-itil role tries to fill the form, this field does not showing up the values.

Please suggest some solution.

1. Are there any custom ACLs or BRs that you have configured on the cmdb_ci_service table?

2. Could you share a screenshot from the reference qualifier conditions of the field?

Steps:
1. Filter Navigator -> Maintain Items
2. Open your catalog item
3. Open the variable which corresponds with the service field
4. Go the tab "Type specifications" to see the reference qualifier conditions

@learn nv ,

Can you try to give the user "service_viewer", role and check if the values are visible.

Please accept solution OR mark helpful.
