Campaign Content not triggering

Hi

I created a campaign based on the tutorial (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d_N45k9xxw8) 

However, it is not triggering.

I used the "ec_pro_dashboard" page for content display (banner content for Content Experience);

There are no issues with Content Publishing but Campaign Content doesn't work.

Any suggestions?

@Community Alums, please make sure you have latest Content Experiences app and nothing skipped during upgrades due to customization.
