Can we change the name of the Now App when we use it to match my company brand name?

By default, you cannot rename the official Now App in the App Store.However, ServiceNow offers an option called Mobile Branding / Mobile Publisher, which allows organizations to: 

• Create a custom-branded version of the Now App 
• Publish it under their company’s name and icon 
• Use their brand colors, logos, and custom name. 

This requires Mobile Publisher for ServiceNow, a licensed feature.
