Hello @ShadiB , I hope you are well. To search for vacancies I recommend using LinkedIn, considering that you have already started a study path, but follow the steps below and I am sure they will help you a lot.
1. Build Your ServiceNow Expertise
To stand out in the job market, it’s essential to have hands-on experience with ServiceNow and ideally obtain certifications. Here are some steps you can take to build your profile:
Certifications: Having certifications like the Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), and other advanced certifications like Application Developer or Security Incident Response Specialist can make you more attractive to employers.
Stay Updated: Stay informed about the latest features, best practices, and updates in ServiceNow, and be familiar with the platform’s full range of capabilities like ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, etc.
Hands-on Experience: If you’re not working in a ServiceNow environment, consider doing some hands-on practice. ServiceNow Developer Instances are free and offer a great way to build practical skills.
Portfolio/Projects: Build a portfolio of projects that demonstrate your ability to customize, configure, and automate on ServiceNow.
2. Networking
Networking is key in any industry. Here are some ways you can network in the ServiceNow ecosystem:
LinkedIn: Join ServiceNow-related groups and communities on LinkedIn, engage in discussions, and connect with ServiceNow professionals, recruiters, and hiring managers.
ServiceNow Community: Participate actively in the ServiceNow Community, where you can learn from others, ask questions, and make connections with people who might be hiring or know of job opportunities.
Meetups & User Groups: ServiceNow has various local user groups and meetups where professionals gather to discuss the platform. These meetups are an excellent way to network and learn about job openings.
3. Career Fairs & Events
While specific ServiceNow career fairs might not be as widespread as those for larger industries, there are events that focus on ServiceNow, ITSM, or enterprise automation where you can find opportunities:
Knowledge Conference: ServiceNow Knowledge is the company’s largest annual conference. It's not a career fair per se, but it's a great opportunity to network with recruiters, ServiceNow professionals, and companies looking for talent.
Local Tech Career Fairs: Many cities host tech career fairs where ServiceNow professionals might be in demand. Research these events in your area or look for virtual ones to attend.
ServiceNow Partner Network: Many ServiceNow consulting firms are continuously looking for certified ServiceNow professionals. Some partners hold their own recruiting events or job fairs.
Virtual Events: Consider attending virtual career fairs or industry-specific webinars and conferences where you can network with people from companies using ServiceNow.
4. Job Boards & Company Websites
ServiceNow Careers: ServiceNow’s own careers page (https://www.servicenow.com/careers.html) lists opportunities for various roles, including technical and non-technical positions.
LinkedIn Jobs: Check LinkedIn for ServiceNow-related job listings. Many recruiters specifically look for ServiceNow certifications and experience.
Indeed, Glassdoor, and Monster: You can use major job boards to find positions specifically for ServiceNow developers, consultants, or administrators. Make sure to use keywords like "ServiceNow", "ITSM", "Certified Implementation Specialist" when searching.
Staffing Agencies: Reach out to staffing agencies that specialize in ServiceNow talent. They can often provide connections to roles that aren't posted publicly yet.
5. Consulting Firms and ServiceNow Partners
Many of the large consulting firms (like Accenture, Deloitte, and KPMG) and smaller ServiceNow consulting firms are looking for skilled professionals. Getting in touch with these companies can open up opportunities.
Look into ServiceNow partner organizations that specialize in implementation, support, and consulting.
Often these companies have openings listed on their websites, and they sometimes hire directly through industry events or job fairs.
6. Building Your Resume & Personal Brand
When applying for ServiceNow roles, ensure your resume is tailored to highlight:
- ServiceNow certifications and specific modules you’ve worked with.
- Technical expertise, like experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, etc.
- Automation, such as writing business rules, UI policies, workflows, and creating custom applications.
- Problem-solving skills, as ServiceNow roles require you to analyze requirements and build solutions.
Also, keep your LinkedIn profile updated with your skills and certifications. Having recommendations from colleagues, managers, or mentors who can vouch for your ServiceNow expertise can help.
I almost forgot, add me on LinkedIn, let's create a connection : My Linkedin 😊😊😊
Mark it helpful and accept solution, If this helps you to understand.
Thanks!

If you’re looking for ServiceNow opportunities, the best approach is usually a mix of networking, online job boards, and engaging with recruiters who specialize in ITSM roles. Career fairs specifically for ServiceNow are rare, but larger tech events sometimes feature companies that actively use it. Another effective strategy is outreach on LinkedIn because cold messages on LinkedIn, especially when using tools like Linked Helper, must be personalized, otherwise they can come across as spammy. A short, tailored message to hiring managers or ServiceNow professionals often opens more doors than just applying online.
