Catalog Item from AI search not Found

We have a Content Item on the HR Catalog. When you click the catalog item from the AI search bar, it says no record found. When you click it from the catalog itself, the record is found. What could be causing this?

Hi Cwillard,

 

Have you had a look at the URL? it might give you some clues on why it can't find the article. But this sounds like you might have better luck logging a support case.

We also encountered this issue on Utah 7. I've opened a HIWAVE case after reading their "work around" instructions in the KB https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1227397.
