Catalog variable not appearing for non english language in Servicenow

Hi All,

I have a catalog item , in which I have a variable called 'Opened for' referencing to the user table. When I check this catalog item in portal for portuguese language this variable doesn't show up for few users.

Any help will be appreciated.
