Changes not reflecting on Employee Service Center portal

Hi All,
I renamed the service catalog category(sc_category table) from "Office Applications" to "MS Application". The changes are reflected fine in Service portal but not reflecting on Employee Service Center portal (ESC) portal. Also I renamed some catalog items and having same issue.
Please help me here.

- Clear the cache by adding cache.do (Eg. https://dev123456.service-now.com/cache.do)
- Impersonate another user and check for the changes.
