Hi there
Does anyone have a link or access to a list of all roles within the ITSM and HRSD with an explanation of what access each role gives?
I have found the following on the SN Documentation site but it doesn't list ALL roles as far as I can see.........
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated, we are performing an Access Management audit and I'm only relatively new to SN as a BA and I am unsure of all the roles and what they do.
Thanks in anticipation
Farrah

Hi @Farrah1977 ,
All the roles related to HRSD start with sn_hr
it's hard to find all the itsm roles as it's not packed as a single application scope
in most of the scenarios you can simply put tablename in the role (role contain table name)
example incident (similarly you can find for problem and change and request etc)
refer this
roles inside each module can be found in the documentation shared above for ITSM as well as HRSD too
Please mark my answer as helpful/correct if it resolves your query.

you can check docs for that and for each role you can know what it does by opening those roles within the Instance.
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.
