Configuration of To-do Summary Area' of the 'HRM Todo Summary' widget

Hi there,

Do you know how the 'To-do Summary Area' of the 'HRM Todo Summary' widget can be configured?

I am playing around on my PDI before we implement this solution at work. I am working on merging two custom widgets.

I have been able to add filter conditions and the content of the custom widgets was successfully merged under the open to-dos tab. However, to the right of the Open/Complete tabs, there is this To-do Summary Area and for some reason, I am not able to make changes there. Where can I configure its content?

Hi Dalma,

Each to-do in your Employee Center > To-dos Configuration will use a specific widget to display the actual to-do/task, as well as what appears in the Title and Detail section at the top of the to-do.

Thanks for your response. This can be achieved in the 'To-dos Widget Mappings', correct?

Can you recommend OOTB widgets for displaying field values in the summary area? 

For the Approvals filter, I would like to hide the Details and only show the Activities tread. Is there a way to do that?

Hi @Dalma P_ll, if you navigate to the 'Task Configuration' related tab on your necessary to-dos configuration, you will be able to display field values. To define the field values you want to show in the summary area, you can add fields on the 'Common Info' and 'Primary Info' tabs. Then to show an activity thread of the record, you would add a tab configuration where the 'type' is 'activity stream'
