Content Publishing Primary Button

Does anyone know where the Content Publishing OOTB Button is? I need to duplicate it or offer it in two different colors. Ideally, I would add a field to the form in the first attached image where the content creator could enter a hex color for the button. I know we can customize the color in the widget instances but that doesn't help the content creators since they don't have access to modify the css.

The Button can be used in Portal Banners and Styled Content Banners. When creating a new Styled content, select Content style of Banner and then select Button from Call to action. When creating a Portal Banner check the box next to Primary button. Then there are options for Button title and Button link but not color.

Since it is a primary button it adheres to btn-primary color specified in the theme.

You cannot customize Streamlined Content Authoring design form.

Please check if you can leverage Rich Content instead. It uses rich content editor and content authors can add button components and style them as needed.
