Content Publishing: Send Email notifications

Hi I see this job Content Publishing: Send Email notifications in my PDI and i can see its working however I dont see it in our company instances.  Is this something I need to install separately?

Have you activated the com.sn_customer_communities Plugin? It is not installed by default.

thanks for your reply - i tried to install this in one of our instances and I also updated our content publishing plugin and it still didnt work.  Also in my PDI where it does work I dont have com.sn_customer_communities installed
