Based on the field selection 2 different tickets need to be created. one for HR and other for IT.can you help me how to achieve this?

Hi Vinya,
Please share little more info on your requirement, like from where you are trying to create tickets and how the field selection happens.
Expected Solution : you would require server side configuration like Flow Designer, Business Rules to achieve this kind of request. Also make sure cross scope access has been granted.

I have one record producer based-on incident table. Based on field selection suppose if user selected as HR it should create HR ticket in HR table. If it is IT incident need to be created. Can you please elaborate and help me.
