Draft cases in the portal

Hi All,

As of in Washington we can save hr cases as draft in the portal. Will there be any impact in storage  if lot of users save cases as draft . Let me know if there is any other impact .

I don't see any impact, basically these are stored in "sc_cart_item" table where as cart is "draft_items" as below

If you would like to clear this, Configure a schedule flow (may be records from a very long time >6 months, notifiy the user and delete)
