Employee center - Associate Catalog/Knowledge catergory movement from dev to test

Hi All,

 We are implementing employee center.

As a part of it we created the topics and added the catalog/ knowledge category to topics using connected category option "m2m_connected_category". 

In dev once we add the catalog/ knowledge category the corresponding records added and reflected in connected content for that topic.

We have extracted the XML of m2m_connected_category and imported in test but here the connected content is coming up?

Can you be more specific on the question? When you committed XML in the test the changes reflected or not. What was the ask?

I have imported the xml of connected category on test. The category come up in connected category table. The corresponding items of that particular category are not coming on connected content.

Another issue not related to this one:

I did also observed few record producer which appear in Service Portal not showing up in Employee center.

Hi @Madhan12 ,

Try to use Add to update set option and move to test, even I faced the same issue on this, I have updated manually as those are not getting captured in update set.

for the second issue, you need to add those record producers as part of quick links so that it will reflect on ESC.
