As a learner (Associate Business Process Analyst), one of the compulsory or required content in the Employee Center Essentials requires us to install the Employee Center Employee PRO. Your instance must be on the San Diego family release or later to use Employee Center.
From the look of things, this is not feasible as a learner. You need a HI credentials (I don't know what this is and I don't have it), or is this section just to show us what this is about and not to go through the process of installing, etc? As learners, can we install it?
Again, I am a learner in the ServiceNow University.

Hi @KakaO ,
Yes we can install Employee center Pro in our PDI's.
Navigate to Admin> Application Manager and search for "Employee center pro", your will get the plugin.
OR
Copy this URL:

// dev instance needs to be your pdi.
Mark this as helpful and correct if this solves your issue.
Thanks,

Thanks for your response. I have another question around the Employee Center installation. I noticed I had it up to date, installed, Version 32.1.2, Latest Version 35.1.1
So, we don't need to install, but we were asked to repair it from the learning content.
Whenever I try to repair, it fails. Do I ignore and move on?

Hi @KakaO ,
If it is learning content you can ignore it as long as it does not affect with your tasks.
Thanks,
Yaswanth

Hi @YaswanthKurre please, I have another question. What is my ServiceNow ID. I thought it was my email, but when I try to use it to navigate to the ServiceNow® Store, it throws this "Sorry, you can't log in with this ServiceNow ID". This is still on the employee center module.
