Hello All,

I am facing an issue with ESC portal where when I search for a Catalog item in Search Bar, the suggested results are displayed. Upon clicking the Catalog item in suggested results, the form opens up in native UI (com.glideapp.servicecatalog_cat_item_view). Has anyone else also encountered this kind of issue?
Any help would be much appreciated!

Navigation on click depends on what is defined in AI Search > Search Results Actions, please check what is set as Portal Page in your case

The portal page is sc_cat_item. Same as in the shared image.
